Partners in the project are town of Mariehamn, Enterpricing Archipelago, Bromarv Byaråd and Peterzen's marina with Värmdö Municipality as Lead partner. In addition to the partners, the project is co-financed by Stockholm County Council, the County Administrative Board in Stockholm, Åland's national government and Österåker and Norrtälje municipality.
